SHIPPING

PREPARATION

 

Normally order is shipped out within 3~4 weeks after payment accepted. It excludes weekend and holidays. It can be faster or later according to product stock status, manufacturing issues and any other reasons.

 

- If any preorder item is included in the order, all the items will be shipped after the preorder item released.

- We ship out orders on the basis of first come first served regardless of shipping method. Shipping can be delayed during busy season (Korean holidays, Christmas & new year season, etc) and due to order rush.

- Shipment notification and photos of package would be emailed to customer's Kpopmart account email after dispatched.

- If any inquiry on order or assistance (address change / update, payment error, wrong information, etc.), customer should email to contactkoreangood@gmail.com within 24 hours after payment accepted.

- Incoterms of all the shipping methods is CFR (Cost and Freight) thus none of accidents (theft, robbery, destruction, etc) or natural disasters (earthquakes, tsunamis, flood, etc.) are compensated unless customer pay for insurance separately. If customer wants to change it to CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) for possible damages or accidents, customer should email to contactkoreangood@gmail.com within 24 hours after placing the order and pay insurance cost.

- Messages at order page would be missed easily. Please do not leave a message at order page but send email to contactkoreangood@gmail.com.

  CS team will answer you within 1 ~ 24 hours.

- Please do not use icloud.com, mac.com, me.com and mail.ru as Kpopmart account. These email addresses reject shipment notification email and even erase it.



PACKING

 

Products are packed in bubble wraps and hard plastic bags basically.

- Products can be packed in 2 or more parcels due to package size/weight/volume and shipping fee increase. Delivery time of each parcel can be different because of the local postal circumstance though they are under the same order.

- Packing stuff can be changed from Box to bubble vinyl bag due to product size and weight. Poster is packed folded.



SHIPPING METHOD

 

KOREAN  GOOD offers various shipping options, all of which are efficient and reliable. Shipping fee is fluctuated by various factors as product weight (quantity), ship to country, unfolded poster option, shipping method, etc.

Contact number is mandatory for traceable shipping methods (home delivery,Rapid Post, FEDEX, DHL).

Shipping method can be changed/upgraded without notice if figured out package size/volume is not matched with the shipping method chosen by customer. Orders can be combined without notice while packing process as well.



USE OF ADDITIONAL INFORMATION COLUMN

 

Please do not input part of address or direction (apartment number, P.O Box number, phone number, etc) in additional information column. Additional information is for just for additional request to sender, not for delivery information. What you mentioned at this column would not be shown on the invoice and it may not be reflected on delivery information label attached on the shipment.

DELAY ISSUE

 


1. Rapid Post (EMS) 

- Shipment can be returned to sender (Kshop Goodies) due to absence of addressee, insufficient/wrong address, non-reclaim (recipient did not pick up the package within a certain period), etc.

- If no one is at delivery address at the time of delivery, shipment will be back to postal service or return to sender (Kshop Goodies). Customer should check tracking result time to time and try not to miss its delivery.

- Shipping cost is the whole expense paid to Korea post and courier companies and Kshop Goodies is not liable to refund initial shipping cost though package is returned. And handling cost can be charged separately for some special cases. Delivery can be delayed during busy seasons like Christmas and New year and delay is not compensated during this season.
