KOREAN GOOD – Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 6 days from the date of purchase. If more than 6 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Customers may return a product only if it has a permanent manufacturing defect.
Please note:
Album Packaging Policy
Please note that albums are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange due to cosmetic or external packaging flaws. This includes but is not limited to:
- Scratches, dents, or bumps on the album’s outer box or sleeve
- Pressed corners or slight creases caused during shipping
- Missing, bent, or misprinted photocards or paper inclusions that occur during the manufacturer’s packing process
- Sticker misplacement or barcode markings on the album cover
Additionally:

Albums opened by customs for inspection may arrive with signs of handling such as:
- Torn or missing plastic wrapping/seal
- Minor damage to the box, cover, or edges

Barcode stickers or handling marks.
Sometimes, items are received already damaged from Korea, especially in cases where packaging is mass-produced. As long as the damage is only on the outer box and the album content is intact, there is nothing we can do, and the item is not eligible for refund, return, or exchange.
These are considered standard risks for international and K-pop merchandise orders.
⏳REFUND & DELAY POLICY
Due to the nature of international pre-orders, group orders, customs inspections, and international shipping, delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Pre-order items and special-order items may experience delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are not eligible for cancellation or refund due to delays alone.
Refund requests related to delayed orders will only be considered if:
• The order has not been delivered within 120 days from the date it arrives at our warehouse in South Korea; or
• The item has been officially discontinued, lost, or confirmed unavailable by the supplier.
If a refund is approved for an available item, it will be issued as:
• 50% store credit (gift card); and
• 50% cash refund.
If the item is unavailable, discontinued, or cannot be supplied, a full refund will be issued.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that international shipping and customs clearance may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery time.
Skincare & Cosmetic Packaging Policy
KOREAN GOOD takes great care in protecting skincare and cosmetic items with protective padding and secure packaging. However, due to the nature of international shipping and handling, the following packaging issues are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange:
- Dents, pressure marks, or scratches on product tubes, jars, or boxes
- Crushed or bent cardboard outer packaging
- Minor leakage or smudging that does not affect the usability of the product
Occasionally, items may arrive already damaged from Korea (e.g., dented boxes or slightly deformed packaging). As long as the product itself is sealed, intact, and usable, no compensation will be offered.

We consider a skincare item eligible for return only if the product itself is defective or completely unusable (e.g., broken container, expired product, severe leakage of the entire content).
If a genuine manufacturing defect is found (e.g., an unplayable disc or non-functioning item), please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

All defective items must be returned to KOREAN GOOD to be reviewed and submitted to the manufacturer. Refunds or replacements are only processed after we receive and inspect the item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
- Certain health and personal care items
- Items damaged or altered by the customer
- Any item returned after 20 days
Partial refunds may be granted
(if applicable):
- Items that are not in their original condition, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (posting time may vary).
- Contact your bank (processing time may apply).

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us via email:

Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
- For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Lysn and JYP Bubble Subscription
- A full refund will be issued only if the tickets have not been purchased yet.
- Once tickets are purchased, no refund will be issued under any circumstance.

💳 Advance Payment Policy
To secure an order, pre-order, or special-order item, customers may be required to pay an advance payment (deposit).
By paying an advance, the customer confirms their commitment to purchase the item and authorizes Korean Good to reserve and/or order the product on their behalf.
❗ Non-Refundable Advances
Advance payments are strictly non-refundable in the following situations:
• The customer changes their mind.
• The customer no longer wants the item.
• The customer experiences a personal financial emergency.
• The customer finds the item elsewhere.
• The customer wishes to cancel due to shipping, supplier, customs, or delivery delays.
• The customer fails to complete the remaining balance within the required timeframe.
As orders are placed and inventory is reserved specifically for the customer, advance payments are used to cover ordering, reservation, logistics, and operational costs.
⏳ Delays
Customers acknowledge that international orders, pre-orders, and special-order items may be subject to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other circumstances beyond Korean Good’s control.
Delays do not make the advance payment refundable.
📦 Item Availability
If Korean Good is unable to supply the item due to supplier cancellation, loss of shipment, or permanent unavailability of the product, the customer will be offered either:
• A replacement item of equivalent value; or
• A refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
By placing an order and paying an advance, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this policy.
